Drug and Alcohol Recovery
Research conducted in recent years has revealed that drug and alcohol addiction results from the onset of depression. Additionally, it occurs twice as frequently among women as it does with men. Our Drug and Alcohol Recovery facility has become extremely successful at treating addicted individuals by addressing the emotional, mental, and physical aspects of the addiction process. The traditional treatment and recovery facilities only treat the physical aspects using conventional programs and limited psychological therapies.
Another significant difference between these traditional facilities and our Drug and Alcohol Recovery center is that they typically look like a clinic or a hospital. This is oftentimes an intimidating factor for the addicted individual, hence their reluctance to enroll in such a facility. When clients enter our facility, they enter a residential looking structure that offers them a homelike environment while they are undergoing treatment and recovery. This provides them with a more comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
While clients are undergoing Drug and Alcohol Recovery, we offer them certain recovery tools to provide them with additional means of attaining success while being treated for their addictions. Our treatment and recovery program is a step-by-step process that includes the following 8 courses for clients to take:
Therapeutic Training Methods – teaches the client that the addictive substance they have fallen prey to isn’t the real problem, but one of the symptoms of the underlying problem.
Personal Integrity and Values – focuses on teaching the client to be accountable in everyday life while taking responsibility for their actions and the consequences that result from them.
Life’s Ups and Downs – instructs the client in ways to cope with people and places that have an impact on our lives.
Life’s Changing Conditions – deals with the changing conditions in everyday life such as the circumstances, events, and people who affect our attitudes when we allow them to.
Improving One’s Learning Capabilities – involves numerous ways to re-learn critical information while undergoing the Drug and Alcohol Recovery process.
Finding the Way to Happiness – teaches the client to replace the wrong “life codes” with the correct ones that will enable them to leave our facility having had a successful treatment and recovery.
Detoxification for a New Life – in addition to the physical aspects of Drug and Alcohol Recovery, this course also addresses the emotional and mental facets involved as well.
Better Communication and Perception Techniques – teaches the client how to deal with present issues instead of continually dwelling on those from the past.
Our staff members who counsel and supervise clients in our Drug and Alcohol Recovery facility are certified and licensed professionals. They are well versed at assisting clients with the issues that appear during the treatment and recovery process. They are always here to address any concerns you may have and answer all of your questions.
