Drug Rehab Programs

Drug rehab centers help end addictionDrug rehabilitation is one of the best methods used for treating addiction. Freedom Treatment Center helps end addiction by working to meet the physical, emotional and mental needs of students. According to the University of Texas, more than 23 million people are alcohol or drug addicts in the United States. If you or someone you know has a drug or alcohol addiction, you can contact the Freedom Treatment Center for help. Our rehab center offers treatment for an array of addictions, including prescription drugs, heroin, opiates, cocaine, alcohol, crack and marijuana.

Drug Rehab at Freedom Treatment Center

Our program allows addicts to move at their own pace until they become addiction free. Most drug rehab programs are a set 28 days, while our program allows guests to stay longer or go home sooner depending on their individual process. The cost of our rehab program includes room and board, education materials, medical screen and monitoring, nutritional supplements and daily vitamin supplements for the duration of the program.

Drug Addiction Treatment

The first step in receiving help for a drug addiction is admitting the addiction and asking for help. Most people who do not admit their addictions or want help will not be successful in the treatment center. Once someone asks for help, it is time to give us a call so we can get him on the road to beating the addiction.

We use an inpatient rehab program to help the student end their addiction. We begin with a sauna detoxification program. This will cleanse his body of the drugs or alcohol and give the student time to go through withdrawal. Some withdrawal symptoms are painful and medical staff can administer prescribed medication to help ease the symptoms.

After the drug is cleared from the body, we begin the hard work of rebuilding the student so they can live without drugs or alcohol. Through our learning programs, the student crafts new habits and thinking that allows them to live a productive life without the use of drugs or alcohol. They learn how to make better decisions, how to deal with problems without abusing drugs, and how to live a sober lifestyle.

After Treatment

Aftercare is a very important part of the treatment process. Battling drug addiction is a lifetime challenge – not a quick fix. Finding continuing support to maintain a sobery lifestyle is key to overcoming addiction in the long term. The temptation to relapse and begin the cycle again will always be present – especially in times of stress. Having a strong aftercare program like the one offered at Freedom Treatment Center will help the student fight these urges and stay on the path to recovery.
