Lortab Drug Rehab

What is Lortab?

Lortab Drug RehabLortab is simply another one of the trademarked names for one of the many hydrocodone based medications (or the compounds that contain hydrocodone) such as Anexsia, Norco, and Vicodin.  These are some of the most commonly prescribed analgesics or painkillers on the market today.  Consequently, they are also what the DEA considers (as of 2009) one of the 6 primary drug threat categories in the US specifically, illegally distributed and trafficked prescription medications.

Lortab addiction

Being a narcotic analgesic (or painkiller), Lortab has become a highly abused and popular drug that is trafficked on the streets illegally.  It is a powerfully addictive drug and many treatment and recovery centers now offer Lortab drug rehab programs to help those individuals who are suffering with this addiction.  Interestingly enough, some cases of Lortab addiction are not as obvious as others.

The warning signs are oftentimes difficult to distinguish from those of other problems such as behavior or mental disorders and inadequate control of pain.  The following is a list of the more common signs of a Lortab addiction being present:

  • allergic reactions
  • breathing problems
  • constipation
  • decreased mental and physical capability
  • drowsiness
  • dry mouth
  • fluctuating moods
  • mental clouding
  • nausea
  • unusual fatigue

Additionally, the addicted individual may also consume alcohol with Lortabs as well as muscle relaxants and tranquilizers in order to intensify the resulting “high.”  If any of this applies to you or you know someone who may have a Lortab addiction, you should consider a Lortab drug rehab to help with your situation or that of another individual you are concerned about.

About our Lortab drug rehab programs

The Narconon Freedom Center offers Lortab drug rehab programs that can be customized to the individual’s specific addiction treatment and recovery needs.  A simple interview and evaluation will enable us to prescribe a program that will work for you so that you will recover totally and hopefully never relapse again.  We’re a different addiction treatment and recovery facility in that we use alternative treatment methods and some very innovative therapies so that the process goes as smoothly as possible while in residency here.

Another key consideration is the way in which our addiction treatment and recovery center was designed and constructed.  Unlike the traditional clinical or hospital looking facilities, the Narconon Freedom Center offers you the comforts of a homelike environment for all of our residency clients.  Your stay will take place in an apartment-like setting so that you have a private place to relax or study the materials we give you.

If you would like more information on our Lortab drug rehab programs or if you have further questions, please contact us at the toll-free telephone number listed at the top of this page.
