substance-free environment
The underlying premise of a residential setting rather than a clinical one is that the addicted client is able to live in a substance-free environment while undergoing treatment and recovery from their drug addiction. Additionally, our
drug treatment program differs from other facilities in a number of different ways. Most importantly, the client begins to envision a life that is substance-free and much healthier than the lifestyle that they have been living in the past.
When we developed our drug treatment program
drug treatment program, we took a number of aspects into consideration, such as demographics and the substances they are addicted to. After our clients have been interviewed and evaluated, we customize a rehab treatment and recovery program that targets their specific emotional, mental, and physical needs. This is the primary reason why our facility has one of the highest success rates in the country (average 70 %+).
Life’s Condition after drug treatment program
By taking a close look at his or her own past, the drug addict is able to make changes and repair their lives. This part of the program allows the student to show to himself and others that he is capable of re-entering normal society with positive contributions and behavior. The student will learn before moving to the next phase of their drug treatment program that every condition they allow to remain will cause problems in all parts of their lives.
What drug treatment program entails
Depending on where the individual is in the addiction process or how severe their addiction to drugs has become, it may require entering a drug treatment program in order to get clean and sober as well as remain that way for life. What this entails is actually living in a residential type environment for an average of 28 days – longer if the addiction is much more severe and has transpired for many years. Unfortunately, most of the traditional treatment and recovery facilities still look like the standard hospital or clinic and really do nothing to afford their clients a more comfortable and relaxed setting.
Communication, Perception, and the drug treatment program Center
The difference between a drug addicts perception and actual reality can often be skewed greatly due to their drug addiction or addiction to alcohol. There reality has been constructed in their mind during their times of intoxication. When they become sober they realize that their lives are not what it was when they were using. This often causes severe depression, confusion, and a feeling of helplessness. To eliminate these feelings, and reconstruct their fabricated perception of life, the drug addict again turns to their addiction. This is an extended, two-part course of our
drug treatment program designed to directly address this cycle.
Handle Life’s Ups and Downs
An addict’s life is filled with negative influences and bad associations. This only intensifies the cycle of drug addiction and alcoholism. This forces the drug addicted person to change their ethics to align with their negative behavior.
In this part of drug treatment program the student’s learn to identify these patterns of behavior and adjust to associate with positive people.
