RSS Narconon Graduate Handles Addiction Permanently
Paul Nelson Jr. started out abusing prescription pills at a young age. Before he knew it he graduated to ecstasy and cocaine and ended up hooked on OxyContin© and heroin. As a result his life became an absolute mess. “I lost everyone and everything,” he explains.
Feeling “helpless, undeserving and pretty hopeless “was what Paul experienced for more than 12 years while addicted to drugs. Paul says the more he used the more his life fell apart to the point that he was so self-destructive, his family finally stepped in to help him. The program they sent him to was Narconon Freedom Center.
Narconon, a long-term inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation center turned out to be the best choice Paul and his family ever made. It gave Paul the first sense of relief he experienced in a long time. And, after spending some time in treatment Paul noticed some great changes in himself, knowing that he was finally recovering from his addiction; a problem that nearly ruined his life.
Today, fully recovered, Paul is thankful for his success through Narconon Freedom Center and actually believes in himself for the first time in a long time. “There is nothing I can’t handle that life brings my way,” he says.
